This application enables the Ultra Brightness Mode of the Samsung sourced OLED panel in the Nexus 6P, and is a partner to my Toggle version of this app, only this one has a basic GUI to Toggle and Disable the mode.
This is the same mode that the Samsung S6/Note5 devices use for their "Bright Sunlight" mode.
